Comments: I dont have a specific agent, but every time I call the toll free number a very helpful person answers. There is a representative vailable 24/7 via the toll free number. I have a very convenient automatic monthly payment system set up through Geico. Their rates were the bet I could find for the most coverage. They have good student disounts! |

Comments: I have really enjoyed using Geico. The customer service has been wonderful and I have never had a problem getting through to a representative. In addition, when I added my wife's policy to my service the representative explained all my options to me in plain english and was actually able to save me quite a bit of money. Their online service is good and they will provide reminder e-mails for you to pay your fees. I would have no problems recommending Geico to my friends. |

Comments: Geico has a very easily navigated website. I have always had wonderful customer service and have always recieved quick replies to email inquiries. My policy has become cheaper with every renewal. I had the exact opposite experience with State Farm where my policy only became more expensive the longer I stayed. Love Geico! |

Comments: Geico has made buying car insurance easy. For people who don't have a lot of time to shop around, yet who still want the best deal, they do all the work for you. Their website is easy to navigate, and the customer service people are quite helpful. All-in-all, I am very satisfied with Geico. |

Comments: GEICO cost me about 40% less than what I was previously paying. I have not had to file a claim with them, so I can't say how that part of their service is. However, their website is easy to use, they mail a quarterly newsletter with travel/insurance/car maintenance advice, and it was easy to get a quote. The also offer several ways to pay your bill: mail a check, credit card, payment plan, etc. I recently compared rates again with at least six other insurers and they are still the lowest for me. |
