I have been with GMAC for a little over two years now, and have not had a single problem. They have always been very helpful and curteous when I have called the customer service line. Also, I have been in two accidents where the other person hit me and each of them times GMAC has been nothing but helpful. I was able to file my claim very easily and then was contacted by a claims representative within 12 hours both times. Once you are in a car accident they are very good with follow up and explaining how the process works in terms that a normal person can understand. I would recommend GMAC to anybody....
